WHERE IS MY ORDER?

The first thing to do is to check the tracking link on your order status page. The order status page is accessible from your order confirmation email. If your tracking link does not appear to work please send us an email and we will look into it.
If your order doesn’t arrive, please allow 30 days from the date which your order should have been delivered and we’ll do our best to help you.
We're so sorry, we're not able to change or cancel orders after they are placed, they process too quickly!
We provide a free service for every customer to help them find their size for each item we sell. Simply add your measurements to the notes section on your order in your cart and we will check it what you’ve ordered is the right size before we ship it, you can also email us at email@example.com
If you don't receive your order after 30 days of the estimated delivery time, please contact us to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we can send you a replacement or offer you a full refund
Please be patient. Sometimes tracking might appear as if your package isn't moving, however, the system only updates larger steps of the package like the arrival at destination country and delivery.
