WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Refunds are always issued to store credit.
- DAMAGED/INCORRECT ITEM SENT:
We're sorry if this happened to you, our goal is always to create high quality clothing but on rare occasions mistakes occur. You don't need to worry as full refunds can be given if the item was sent incorrectly or is faulty. Please contact us at hellovellarmi@gmail.com as soon as possible so we can fix this for you as quickly as possible.
When contacting us please provide the following:
-Order number and email the order was placed with.
-The faulty item name.
-A brief description of what's wrong with the item.
-One or more images of the faulty item.

- CUSTOMER WRONG SIZE/COLOUR/ADDRESS:
Our goal is to always provide you with a great shopping experience and great customer support. Unfortunately if you provide a wrong address then we won't be able to process a refund, so please make sure you double check your address and that you are not moving anytime soon after you placed an order. When the items received are wrong due to customers fault, you will be responsible of the shipping costs if you want to return/exchange it.
If your account is flagged for returns abuse we can't accept your return.
Customer satisfaction is our priority so if you have any questions regarding an item or any other issue, don't hesitate to contact us, we'll try to help you.
We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
There are some items we don’t take back:
- Anything worn, altered, washed or missing its original packaging and tags.
- Intimates, swimwear, and bodysuits.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
